This policy explains how the mobile application Round & Round Garage (“the app”) handles personal information. It applies to the app only.
The app is operated by Lilac Repo (“we”). We do not run a server for the app and the app has no user accounts.
The app itself does not ask you for any information. The following is collected automatically by third-party SDKs embedded in the app.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, or photos. The app never reads your device’s location; the approximate location above is inferred from your IP address by the ad provider.
On iPhone and iPad the app does not ask for tracking permission, so it cannot read the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not personalize ads with it. This is a children’s app and personalized advertising is never shown.
On the device only, the app keeps how many cars have driven down. If you choose a language in Settings, that choice is kept too. The app itself stores nothing else and sends nothing to us — the chosen car, day/night and speed all reset when the app closes.
Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
We do not sell personal information. The information in section 2 is processed by Google LLC as our service provider through the SDKs listed above, in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and, for advertising, How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
We may disclose information where required by law.
Google may process this information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Such transfers are carried out under the safeguards described in Google’s privacy documentation.
We do not maintain our own database of user information. Data collected through Google services is retained according to Google’s published retention periods. Device-stored data is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your personal information, object to processing, and request data portability.
You may also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Providing an advertising ID to an ad provider for advertising may be treated as “sharing” or “selling” personal information under certain US state laws.
We do not collect sensitive personal information and we do not receive money for personal information. To opt out, disable ad personalization in your device settings, or contact us at the address in section 13.
The app is directed to children. The target age group declared on Google Play includes children. Personalized advertising is never shown — the ad provider is told this is a children’s app, and the advertising ID is not requested or sent. We do not collect personal information.
The app declares one permission: internet access, used to load ads and to transmit the data described in section 2. Google’s advertising libraries add further install-time permissions during the build, including network state, advertising ID and install referrer. None of these require your approval at runtime and none provide access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone or your device’s location.
If what we collect or transmit changes, this page is updated first and the change is noted in the app’s release notes.

수집하지 않는 정보: 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진. 앱은 기기의 위치를 읽지 않으며, 위 대략적인 위치는 광고 제공자가 IP 주소로 추정하는 것입니다.
iPhone과 iPad에서 앱이 추적 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 그래서 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 읽을 수 없고, 그 식별자로 광고를 맞춤 설정하지도 않습니다. 아동 대상 앱이므로 맞춤 광고는 노출하지 않습니다.
기기 안에만 지금까지 내려온 자동차 수를 남깁니다. 설정에서 언어를 고르면 그 선택도 남습니다. 앱 자체는 그 밖에 아무것도 저장하지 않고, 저희에게 보내지도 않습니다 — 고른 차와 낮밤, 속도는 앱을 끄면 처음으로 돌아갑니다.
앱을 삭제하면 위 정보도 함께 삭제됩니다.
회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 제2항의 정보는 위 SDK 를 통해 수탁자인 Google LLC 가 처리하며, 처리 기준은 구글 개인정보처리방침 및 광고에 관하여 구글 서비스를 사용하는 사이트나 앱에서 수집한 정보의 이용 방식에 따릅니다.
법령에 따라 요구되는 경우 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.
구글은 이 정보를 미국을 포함한 이용자 거주 국가 외의 지역에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 해당 이전은 구글이 공개한 개인정보 보호 문서에 기재된 보호조치에 따라 이루어집니다.
회사는 이용자 정보를 담은 자체 데이터베이스를 보유하지 않습니다. 구글 서비스를 통해 수집된 정보는 구글이 공개한 보관 기간에 따라 보관됩니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관됩니다.
관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구하거나 처리에 반대할 수 있으며, 데이터 이동을 요청할 수 있습니다.
기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 언제든지 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있고, 광고 맞춤설정을 해제할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 거주 국가의 개인정보 감독기관에 진정할 권리가 있습니다.
광고 식별자를 광고 제공자에게 제공하는 행위는 일부 미국 주법에서 개인정보의 “공유” 또는 “판매”로 취급될 수 있습니다.
회사는 민감정보를 수집하지 않으며, 개인정보의 대가로 금전을 받지 않습니다. 거부를 원하시면 기기 설정에서 광고 맞춤설정을 해제하거나 제13항의 연락처로 요청해 주십시오.
이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하며, 구글 플레이에 신고한 타깃 연령층에 아동이 포함됩니다. 맞춤 광고는 노출하지 않습니다 — 광고 제공자에게 이 앱이 아동 대상임을 알리고, 광고 ID 를 요청하거나 전송하지 않습니다. 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
앱이 직접 선언하는 권한은 인터넷 접속 하나이며, 광고를 불러오고 제2항의 정보를 전송하는 데 사용합니다. 빌드 과정에서 구글의 광고 라이브러리가 네트워크 상태, 광고 ID, 설치 경로 확인 등 설치 시점 권한을 추가합니다. 이들 권한은 실행 중 이용자의 승인을 요구하지 않으며, 연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크, 기기 위치에 접근하지 않습니다.
수집하거나 전송하는 것이 달라지면 이 페이지를 먼저 갱신하고, 앱 업데이트 설명에 함께 적습니다.

本アプリは Lilac Repo（以下「当方」）が運営しています。本アプリ専用のサーバーは 運用しておらず、ユーザーアカウントもありません。
本アプリがお客様に入力を求める情報はありません。以下は、アプリに組み込まれた 第三者 SDK が自動的に収集するものです。

アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。
当方は個人情報を販売しません。第2項の情報は、上記 SDK を通じて当方の委託先である Google LLC が処理します。取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシー、 広告については Google の サービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用 に従います。
法令に基づき開示が求められる場合には、これに応じることがあります。
Google は、米国を含むお客様の居住国以外の国でこれらの情報を処理することが あります。当該移転は、Google のプライバシー関連文書に記載された保護措置の もとで行われます。
当方はユーザー情報の独自のデータベースを保有しません。Google のサービスを 通じて収集された情報は、Google が公表する保存期間に従って保存されます。 端末内に保存された情報は、お客様が削除するかアプリを削除するまで保持されます。
適用される法令に従い、お客様は個人情報の開示、訂正、削除、処理の制限を求め、 処理に異議を述べ、データポータビリティを請求することができます。
また、端末の設定からいつでも広告 ID をリセットまたは削除し、広告の パーソナライズを無効にすることができます。
お客様は、居住国のデータ保護監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利を有します。
広告のために広告識別子を広告配信事業者へ提供する行為は、一部の米国州法に おいて個人情報の「共有」または「販売」として扱われる場合があります。
当方は機微な個人情報を収集せず、個人情報の対価として金銭を受け取ることも ありません。オプトアウトをご希望の場合は、端末の設定で広告のパーソナライズを 無効にするか、第13項の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリはお子さまを対象としており、Google Play で申告している対象年齢には お子さまが含まれます。パーソナライズ広告を表示することはありません — 広告配信事業者にはお子さま向けアプリであることを伝えており、広告 ID の要求も 送信も行いません。個人情報は収集しません。
本アプリが直接宣言する権限はインターネット接続の一つで、 広告の読み込みと第2項の情報の送信に使用します。ビルド時には Google の 広告ライブラリが、ネットワーク状態、広告 ID、インストール参照元の確認など、 インストール時点の権限を追加します。これらの権限は実行中にお客様の承認を 求めるものではなく、連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク、端末の位置情報に アクセスすることはありません。
収集または送信する内容が変わる場合は、まずこのページを更新し、その変更を アプリのリリースノートに記載します。

Esta política explica cómo la aplicación móvil Torre de Coches Gira que Gira («la aplicación»), también publicada como Torre de Autos Gira que Gira, trata la información personal. Se aplica únicamente a la aplicación.
La aplicación está operada por Lilac Repo («nosotros»). No disponemos de un servidor propio para la aplicación y esta no tiene cuentas de usuario.
La aplicación no le solicita ninguna información. Lo siguiente lo recopilan automáticamente los SDK de terceros integrados en la aplicación.

No recopilamos nombres, direcciones de correo electrónico, números de teléfono, contactos ni fotos. La aplicación nunca lee la ubicación de su dispositivo; la ubicación aproximada indicada arriba la deduce el proveedor de publicidad a partir de su dirección IP.
En iPhone y iPad, la aplicación no solicita permiso de seguimiento. Por eso no puede leer el identificador de publicidad (IDFA) y no personaliza los anuncios con él. Es una aplicación dirigida a niños, por lo que nunca se muestra publicidad personalizada.
Solo en el dispositivo, la aplicación guarda cuántos vehículos han bajado. Si se elige un idioma dentro de la aplicación, también se guarda esa elección. La propia aplicación no guarda nada más ni nos envía nada — el vehículo elegido, el día/noche y la velocidad se reinician al cerrar la aplicación.
Al desinstalar la aplicación se eliminan estos datos.
No vendemos información personal. La información del apartado 2 la trata Google LLC como nuestro proveedor de servicios a través de los SDK indicados, conforme a la Política de Privacidad de Google y, en materia de publicidad, a Cómo utiliza Google la información de sitios o aplicaciones que usan nuestros servicios.
Podremos comunicar información cuando así lo exija la ley.
Google puede tratar esta información en países distintos del suyo, incluido Estados Unidos. Dichas transferencias se realizan con las garantías descritas en la documentación de privacidad de Google.
No mantenemos una base de datos propia con información de los usuarios. Los datos recopilados a través de los servicios de Google se conservan según los plazos publicados por Google. Los datos almacenados en el dispositivo se conservan hasta que usted los elimine o desinstale la aplicación.

No recopilamos información personal sensible ni recibimos dinero a cambio de información personal. Para excluirse, desactive la personalización de anuncios en los ajustes de su dispositivo o escríbanos a la dirección del apartado 13.
La aplicación está dirigida a menores. El grupo de edad declarado en Google Play incluye a menores. Nunca se muestra publicidad personalizada — informamos al proveedor de anuncios de que se trata de una aplicación para menores y no se solicita ni se envía el identificador de publicidad. No recopilamos información personal.
La aplicación declara un único permiso: acceso a internet, que se utiliza para cargar los anuncios y transmitir los datos descritos en el apartado 2. Durante la compilación, las bibliotecas de publicidad de Google añaden otros permisos de instalación, como el estado de la red, el ID de publicidad y el origen de la instalación. Ninguno de ellos requiere su aprobación durante la ejecución ni da acceso a contactos, fotos, cámara, micrófono o la ubicación de su dispositivo.
Si cambia lo que recopilamos o transmitimos, esta página se actualiza primero y el cambio se indica en las notas de la versión de la aplicación.
